Hi, I have a scenario where I need a group of parents to sign a e-signature document. Can I send a link via school communication without their email addresses and each parent would use the same link to sign a form or do you need an email address?

The feature that you're inquiring is called "Ready-sign Link"
"Box's ready-sign link feature enables you to create a link to a signature request that you've created from a template. Use this link when you want to post a signature request on a public form — such as an email, social media post, or web page — without knowing who the signers will be."
Please note, this feature is available to Enterprise-plus customers.
