The default e-mail address registered in BOX is the e-mail address of the predecessor. Even if I contact support, it will be sent to an unused email address, so could you tell me the BOX support email address that I can contact?

To confirm, are you saying that you do not have access to the email address that is linked to your Personal Box account?
If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account.
Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
