I uploaded very large photography files to Box due to the fact that my external backup drive was corrupt. I have now erased that backup drive and reformatted it and want to download my files back to the external drive. Right now I am trying to download a folder to my computer and it’s showing “The operation couldn’t be completed. Operation not permitted” I’m stuck and need assistance.
