DownloadingFiles Shared from Third Party

 

     I am attempted to download several files pertaining to video footage. I see that it gives me the option to download and when I select what items to download, it says "your download will begin shortly." I never receive any further update on the downloads, nor can I see the status, or where the downloads may be located. I was hoping you could help address this situation.
