I have a box directory shared with me (which is protected by a password). With no problem i am able to see files and download them through box web interface. However, I was wondering how can I using only linux terminal properties download files and directories that are shared with me with the password is have ?

The feature you are inquiring is currently not supported in Box. Files and folders shared via Shared links can only be access through the link via web browser.
