I’m having an issue with my box account allowing me to download files from an outside vendor that provided an external box link to download files. We have worked with this vendor several times and have never had this issue before... I was able to download certain files from the link provided, but there are many others where I receive the error message.

Error message says "Download not Recommended. This external file is being scanned against malware. It is recommended to download the file later or else proceed at your own risk."

I have the option to either download now or retry later.
