when downloading a file, it won't let me download directly into my box folders. I first have to download to my desktop and then drag it into my box folder. I'm pretty sure I have a setting blocking it, just don't know where to find it.

To confirm, did you download this file from a Shared link or a direct link?
If yes, then this is expected behavior as there is no option to move files shared from a Shared link into your folder in Box. You will need to manually download the files in a Shared link and then upload them to your folders.
You would have to be invited as a collaborator to the file or folder where this file is located to be able to make a copy and save them directly to your folders in Box.

I bought some files from Etsy a few years ago and can't get them downloaded. Message says if I can't get them downloaded to contact Box. I'm trying to do that with little results. Can you please help me or let me know where I can get some help. I don't think the artist is in business anymore. Here is the link.
