I am trying to download a file (questionnaire) that I just completed. When I go back into Box.com the information in the questionnaire that I downloaded is no longer there. The questionnaire that I completed & downloaded is blank. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

If you login to box.com and preview the file, can you still access the contents in the file? If yes, kindly download the file using your alternate browser and/or clear your browser's cache and cookies.
