When I download a folder from my Box account, in order to move that data to a different location in another cloud, essentially my ZIP file downloads, however when I try to extract it I get "this is an invalid file" and then what I do is use 7zip, and this succeeds in extracting however - only 3600 of the total 4200 files in the folder are there.  Is there anything that can be done to help provide a clean download of this folder?  Thank you!

I checked your account type and noticed you're on a Free personal plan so its likely the behavior that you encounter might be due to your account's limitation as a Free user. For example, 


If you are downloading a pretty large folder, instead of downloading the entire folder at once, you may want to split your download into batches of smaller subfolders.
