Keep getting a "Box hit an unexpected problem. Unfortunately this means you will have to manually upgrade to a newer release once this issue is resolved. Please report this issue to the box user services team. I already tried to remove an re install with no help
I have this same issue and have had it for years. I'm on 3 generations of MacOS since I started and continue to get the same issue on my computer. Was there any resolution?
