I am trying to download photos saved in Box to my iPhone camera roll but the Box app is showing the download icon but it's greyed out (see attached example). Also there is no other option available to download (see attached example)
. I can only share files via share link, which is not what I need for this purpose.
Question
Download icon is greyed out in Box app & no other option to allow download to phone
