I need to download documents and when I select them I don't get an option to download. Do I need a paid account to do this?
I checked a guide and it said that the option to download should appear in the top right of the screen but I don't get that option.

Looks like it's a shared folder/file you're referring to. Kindly reach out to the owner to grant you the permission to download the folder/file.
