Hi.  I thought I downgraded my plan to a free account a couple of years ago, but realized I was still being charged.  How do I downgrade?

This will require our Billing team to work directly with you so I went ahead and created a ticket for you for an associate to help look into this request to downgrade your account to Free personal account.

Downgrading should be as easy as adding more seats. This is unethical.
