How do I downgrade my plan?  I missed that the price was actually triple due to a minimum of 3 users.  I want to downgrade from Business Plus to just the Business account.

Account administrators can submit a downgrade request by emailing cancel@box.com. Please provide the plan type to which you would like to downgrade. You can view here a side-by-side comparison of our offerings.
