Downgrade due to business merger

Hello, I need some help downgrading my subscription. Our business is formally closing as we merged with another firm who does not use Box. I would like to downgrade our Business Enterprise subscription but need to better understand how this affects our clients who are external to our organization but currently access their files. We will be migrating data over to the new firm's existing storage platform but the process may take a month or so. My current subscription is set to expire as of March 2, 2022. We may need to subscribe just for one more month - the month of March - as we complete this transition. Once complete, I intend to downgrade from Business Enterprise to an individual paid subscription. Help? Who can I talk to about managing all of this? Thanks.
