Please note that I do have the same problem. I used my personal account but would like to change it to the company name is Chavan now and use my email adress <personal information removed> to log in, before I add other users.

Same question - we are changing our domain and emails - could someone from Box Support contact me?

Same question - our company name changed and I need to get a new domain approved so I can change everyone’s email.
