We do have a couple of O365 tenants and would like to know if this is having any limitation when connecting into Box and collaborating thru Teams, SharePoint, etc.

Thank you!

Hi Mariola,

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

I had a chance to look into your profile that is linked to this post and noticed the Box is a Personal Lite Account.

There are indeed some limitations when connecting your Personal Box to your Office 365 account. For instance, if you are an enterprise Box user, you must have a business Office 365 account to use this integration. If you are a free Box user, you can use the integration without a Microsoft Office Online account.

To learn more about the Box for office integration and its prerequisites, please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196433-Box-for-Office-Integrations#h_3538c863-1eb2-40f4-a46b-446d43333307

Let us know how else we can help or if you have other questions!

Hi Mariola,

Thanks for responding back!

As far as I know, Box Admin of an Enterprise account will only be allowed to enter one O365 tenant ID in the Admin console.

In order for your Office 365 Tenant ID to be eligible, your organization must meet the requirements stated in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196433-Box-for-Office-Integrations#h_3538c863-1eb2-40f4-a46b-446d43333307%C2%A0

Thanks for reaching out and let us know if you have questions!
