Docusign redirect URI mismatch error message

I am attempting to enable the docusign connect app integration but receive this error message.  Is there anything that I can do to allow this connection?  I checked several posts in the forums but didn't see any resolution for others that posted about it.  Thanks for any direction you can provide.
