docs changed or disappeared in my box.com account

but i do not show evidence of them being deleted - one of the documents i was working on reduced in size and the others disappeared.

 

can you help me find out where they might of gone to

    To confirm, do you own folder where these missing contents are stored? Is it a collaborative folder?

    If it's a collaborative folder, it could be that one of your collaborators made these changes.

    Also, if the folder is owned by someone else, it's best to reach out to the owner to get some feedback on what may have happened to these contents.
