Look at your forum posts, they are all requests to run the storage and file reset script. This is for years, get your stuff together box and fix the elephant in the room please!

Regarding with the storage and file counts being wrong, This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle. I see you already have an open ticket for this issue and our representative is now investigating, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.
