I got asked by one of my colleagues if they had to create a new box account or if the folder I shared with them could be viewed on their current account - is this possible? And if so, how can I do this?

Existing Box user doesn't need to setup a new account to collaborate. You just have to send a collaboration invite.

I invited a third party as an editor to my data room, but when they accepted the invitation, they landed in their own account on Box and not my data room.
