Hello. When I've sent my folder to a friend group in Europe (I'm from Canada). Whne they try and access they get a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error from google. I understand what this error is - it doesn't seem to be an issue on googles end more so something to do with box.com's domain / ip. Is there any resolution to this? Thank you.
