I am the owner of the parent folder and I would like to have the parent folder displayed, but without the additional folders if I share a sub-folder.

So for me as the owner it would look like:
Project 1 > Shop A > Additional Folders
                > Shop B > Additional Folders
                > Shop C > Additional Folders
                > Finance Info > Additional Folders
                > Schedules > Additional Folders

When I share the shop folder with the shop head for B, what I would like them to see in their directory is:
Project 1 > Shop B > Additional Folders
                > Finance Info > Additional Folders
                > Schedules > Additional Folders

But what they end up with is:
> Shop B > Additional Folders
> Finance Info > Additional Folders
> Schedules > Additional Folders

All the subfolders end up at the root level, which means everyone has a mess of files at the root level.  I want them organized by projects, but with various shop heads not having access to other shop heads folders within the project.

A colleague of mine successfully did this, but can't remember how.

Help!!
