We registered with 5 licenses. However, there was an error in one of the user entries, so we deleted it and attempted to re-register. Unfortunately, the system displays "Managed users (5)" and "5 licenses in use out of 5," and we are unable to add a new user. Only 4 users are currently displayed. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
