We use the Happy Co app do to property inspections. I recently submitted our semi annual inspections from the app into Box. Only about 30 of the completed inspections are showing. I was told to reach out regarding a possible disconnect of some sort in Box.

Since you are using a third party application, I'm afraid we have limited knowledge on how the integration or the application works. As such, I would recommend to reach out to HappyCo for support and further looking into this issue.
