Disabled by administrator - Already have box for office- Help asap

Hello,

I am using a Windows 11 laptop. when I try to signin to box.com as a location within microsoft office. Contact your box admin it is disabled.

This is in spite of downloading and setting up Box for Office with admin privileges. Please help asap.

    When I tried to upload my files from Microsoft Office document, it states it has become Disabled, could you please tell me why?
