Dear Box team. Not sure how but since 10 days I'm pointed with the 2nd step authentication request. I don't have configured such authentication process therefore no code to provide.


Please help me to disable this option.


The user I have with this issue it is raised on my work email address: [information redacted]


For now I have received access on my personal email address: [information redacted] but only on temporary bases till the main account it is solved.
