I want to disable 2-step verification I don't know the backup code I don't have an authenticator app I don't have a phone number I'm so confused.

We suggest having the affected user to open a support ticket to address his/her MFA issue.

I'm glad you contacted me. I'm having trouble disabling the two-step verification on the account I'm logged in with p_kawakubo@ybb.ne.jp, not the account I'm using now. I can't find the verification app anywhere and can't log in, so I'd like you to disable the two-step verification.
