Disable 2 factor authentication

Two-factor authentication that was not set up has been enabled, and I can no longer log in. 
I don't have a backup code.
Please disable two-factor authentication.
*Since I cannot log in to BOX, I am raising this ticket on your behalf.

 →don't know
•    Primary email address on file for the account
