different file versions showed up in different contributors' box folder

Hi team, we are running into issues with our Box Folders and could use some assistance. Essentially file versions are showing up in our personal box folder views but not for all contributors. We thought this might be a capacity issue but still are having problems after clearing space. Please let us know if there is someone who could help.
