Okay, I feel like an idiot. The other day I was messing around in my developer's account and I was able to switch user accounts. The account I switched to was that of one of my authorized apps. Once switched, I could see all folders and files the app had created and uploaded. How do I get back to this view? I thought it was the content manager from the admin console, but that only allows you to view/delete and download content. I want to add new content from my developer's console. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm not sure if this is the feature you're looking for, but from the users page in the Admin console you can login to a user's account and add content that way. Once you find the user, you can click the button with the three dots and select "Log in to this account".
Thanks! That wasn't the exact solution I was looking for but it got me going in the right direction. In the content-manager tab you can "log into" a user's account from the list of authorized apps (users) list on the left. Let's call this solved!
