desktop app is not able to connect to box server

please help as i am not able to connect to box drive using my login id and password, i am able to login through web, but the desktop app connection is aborted by remote host, please help

Hello , I am also new here but you should try Reinstall Box Drive , Check box Service Status , Check Firewall and Antivirus settings , Update box Drive or Check internet connection I think it would help you out.
