deleting external users

Let me help get rid of your external users, here's the steps: 

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Admin Console.
2. Click Users & Groups.
3. Under the External Users tab, locate the user to edit and click More Options.
4. From the drop-down menu choose Remove User from All Items

Note: This is how you can remove the user as a collaborator from any folder owned by you or any managed users in your account.

Under External Users I have options for External Users and Unmanaged Users. I need to get rid of and delete Unmanaged Users but I see no options to do that. The is no, “More Options”. the only thing I can select is “Make them a Managed User”, which I don’t think I want to do.

Patiently awaiting a reply on how to delete Unmanaged users…
The only option I have in the Admin console is to make them managed users, but I know some of the assigned external user emails no longer exist and I want them permanently removed. How can I make this happen?
