Deleting a file or folder

Hi  I am trying to deleting a folder by dragging the folder to the trash can.  But it did not work.  What's wrong?  How can I contact the support team from Box

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    I'm sorry but phone support is only available for business accounts and higher.

    Have you tried clicking the ellipsis on the right pane of the folder and dropdown choice for deleting file/folder is "trash".
