We have a policy set up so the trash can never be deleted. However, this only seems to apply to files and folders in the web version. More and more of our users are using Box Drive. They love it. However, when they delete a file out of Box Drive, why does it not land in the Trash in Box? By deleting in Box Drive, it permanently deletes it out of Box and the local machine. Is there a way to set this up? Permanently deleting a file is no good, ever.
Whenever a file is deleted from Box Drive it goes in users trash itself. If you are not able to see the file in your trash the reason could be that it never synched to box in first place.
Hello. I deleted my box drive from my computer to clean space. I completely forgot that it would also delete all my files from the Web drive and across all my devices. How can I regain access all those files please?
