I have deleted item but account still show no data available

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.


In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

Again No space left but deleted most things, i really wish you guys would fix this


I have this problem today again for the 5th time.

Can you fix for me


I need to upload files to a client today.  Is this being done to lure users to buy more storage?

Seems like it is something you know about.
