I deleted a file folder called Sophia Ramirez Reyes. It is not in my trash. Can you help me to restore it? thank you.
I would love if you would have an option for when people accidentally delete a folder that says, "are you sure you want to delete this" and the prompt stays until someone responds with yes or no. The 5 seconds to restore are not adequate for me to even recognize that I have deleted the item. thank you for any assistance.

If you still can't find your files, then one of the following might be true:
Was the folder a shared folder in which you collaborated with others? In this case you’ll need to contact the folder owner and ask to be reinvited.
This person will need to re-invite you to the folder using the email address associated with your Box Account.
