I have accidently deleted files with a message from the box sync software.


i had previously deleted and restored folders in windows and expected them to sync back to the cloud. - our main focus was to retain the links of files and folders.


the apped stopped syncing over the weekend, and i've come to see a grey error message saying " this folder" was deleted (which it had been and then restored) Do you want to unsync or delete. there was no X to cross off the menu so i pressed delete as I assumed that this was just lag from the app stopping from working. and wanted the files to still sync.


this has then caused our files in the cloud to be deleted &they are also not in the trash bin to restore.


Box Sync is still trying to sync 1600 files so i'm not sure if i'll have to wait until this is done for them to show up in the trash to restore


please can you help me restore these folders in the cloud as is is business critcal that we keep the hyperlinks arleady in place.
