I deleted my files but it did not change the amount of free space I have. i searched the community to find user who have same problem. then i found some answers. they said the only way to fix this issue is to submit a ticket to our support team. any ideas?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
