I deleted all my files a long time ago (all folders and a trash bin are empty), but as I find out now, some of them are still available for download via the download link. How to permanently cease access to them?

I looked up your Box account using this email and don't see any files. This means that any deleted files can't be shared, previewed or downloaded.

I'm telling you, that they ARE. And I was the only owner. I just downloaded one of them to be sure and it worked. What is more, when I did so I wasn't logged in to the box, so in this case anyone can download them. Moreover, there are in total 8 of them. I don't know how this is even possible, this is ridiculous. I can send you the links.
So is everyone just going to ignore it? Who do I contact for these files to be deleted permanently? This is a serious infringement on ones privacy when someone can download and view something that I don't want them to.
