One of our employee was moving files out of the "CCI" folder to put them back on another platform, and during the process a bunch of files got lost/corrupted. Now, they desperately need to have the original files restored to Box so that they can use it again. The files were all under the "CCI" subfolder - I am not sure where it lies in the overall Blackpanda directory tree. According to our CTO, an admin needs to raise a support ticket and am raising the same here. Could you help us? Thanks!
