Deleted all files but it still shows 41.8 GB of 50.0 GB used

Hello,

I recently deleted all the files in my Box, and also deleted them from the Recycle Bin; however, it's still saying that I'm using 41,8 GB of storage.  I've double checked and I have zero files on box, taking up 41,8 GB of storage. Can you solve this problem please?

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
