Deleted a user bu i want to know what they downloaded

Hi - i deleted a user earlier today who downloaded some files (also ealier today) how do i see what files they downloaded?

Welcome to Box Community, and  we’re glad to assist! 

You can track your deleted user’s previous file activity before his/her deletion. 

To run the report: 

  1. Log in to Box.com and navigate to Admin Console > Reports.
  2. Click the Create Report tab.
  3. Select User Activity and set the date range to this report. 
  4. In Action Types, kindly set the filters to ‘Downloaded’.
  5. Lastly, click run to create a csv file for this report.
