Hello, I am writing from Kindbody's Enterprise account and I deleted a former employee who was previously an administrator by deleting her as a collaborator and now have lost files. Her name is Gabriella Besada and my name is Shilpa Patel. Can you please assist me in restoring those files that she maintained or restoring her account? Thank you.

You mentioned that the files disappeared right after removing Gabriella as your collaborator. Looks like she's the file owner and please reach to her in order to access these files.
