Every time I sign in to Box, the first thing that pops up is an Errors dialog with video and MP3 upload errors. The only choice seems to be Retry All. But I don't want to upload the files anymore. How do I delete the error message?

Looks like there are several complaints like this with no answers going over 5 months ago. it would be nice to have this cleared up. @Rona Box

Hi @jpullen,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

Could you kindly provide further details concerning the upload error messages you are experiencing? Specifically, please clarify whether the error message appears in Box Drive or the web application, and specify the exact error messages you are receiving.

Thanks for posting!

I too, recived endless messages about error uploading files - which persisted everytime I powered up.

Now I keep getting the attached message stating the Box Drive has encountered an unexpected error without a clue as to how to remedy the problem.

Please advise.

Deleting the files that show an error did not fix the issue for me, and now I really can’t do anything because the file does not exist on my computer anymore so I can’t try to re-upload it. How do I clear the error message?
