The Box error notification box is constantly popping up. How do I get rid of this?

    The current Box version is 2.41.226 and my operating system is Windows 24H2 (OS Build 26100.2605). The screenshots are

    Same error - there are a lot of threads on this all dating back months. Seems strange that there is no fix? I had it on Mac, and have now moved to windows and am still getting exactly the same problem.
