How do i delete classifications from my files?  How do I prevent them from being classified?

when i click on classify I see 2 options sensitive or confidential but not none.  Some of my files have no classification.  I cannot figure out how to remove a classification once it has been applied.  I would like to change some of my files so they have no classification but i cannot figure out how.
