I have uploaded 1000 files to main folder... ok, that was wrong, but it's done.
Now I want to delete them.
How can I do it?

Or maybe I could move them to a new folder, and after that exclude that folder (with all files)... ?

Help me, please!

Thank you, from Brazil

Hi Daniel,

Welcome to Box Community!

If you want these files to be removed permanently, here's the steps to delete multiple files or folders:

  1. Select the items you'd like to delete by pressing and holding the Shift or Command key and clicking next to each file/folder name. Press Shift to select everything between the first and last item.  Press Command to select multiple items individually.  Selected items are highlighted.
  2. When you have selected all items, scroll to the top of the file display and in the upper-right click the trash icon.

However, if you prefer to keep an online copy of these files or folders, you can create your own folder and simply move your files or folders.

Hope it helps! Let us know if you have questions.

I deleted all my files months ago and yet on my account the space is not all available again and is still 20.6 GB of 50.0 GB. Is it possible to go back to having 50GB of 50GB free as in the beginning?
