Dear Box Support, Is it possible to set up a default sharing expiration time frame of 180 days for example, from the admin console? Will this impact existing open links?

Default expiration date for shared files

You can setup Auto-Expiration for your shared links in Admin Console> Enterprise Settings> Content & Sharing tab

Meanwhile, The auto-expiration shared link settings is not retroactive -- meaning, it'll not affect the shared links already enabled. It'll affect the shared links that will be created from the start of the enabling of the setting.
