Dead Links Everywhere...

I've been noticing recently that many box.net & box.com links which once pointed to file downloads now only lead to blank pages in Chrome and Edge. Please don't say you've done a photobucket and killed off what could be hundreds of thousands of links to files that might now be irretrievable because of a change to the TOS?

    To confirm, are the links you pertain to Shared links of files that was shared to you or are these links to articles on Box support page?

    Do you mind providing us some examples so we can have it checked?

    Hi France,

    Here is an example of a link behaving as described above:

    https://www.box.net/s/9vvatjvq8c

    For me on Win10, Chrome or Edge browser, I am shown a completely blank white page with no information / text.

    We checked the link and seems this link no longer exists.

    The person who owns the link may have changed it, have you tried reach out to the person who shared this to you to see if they have made a new link for the file it was associated with?

    Oh, thank you for checking! Is there no longer a landing page for box links to indicate that the file no longer exists? Or maybe there never was one, I forget
